How buying works

Straightforward, and entirely by the book

  1. Find your gun. Every item lists calibre, condition and the certificate you'll need to hold.
  2. Get in touch. Ring us or use the enquiry form. We'll answer honestly about condition — including the marks the photographs don't show.
  3. Show your certificate. We check it in person, or your dealer checks it for us.
  4. Collect or transfer. Book a time and collect in person, or we send it to your nominated Registered Firearms Dealer. Never to a home address.

Delivery to an RFD only

Firearms and shotguns leave us only into the hands of another Registered Firearms Dealer.

You buy a firearm or shotgun and send us your certificate. We enter the details onto your certificate then send the firearm or shotgun and your certificate to a dealer of your choice. You collect from them.

Certificate expiring?

Renewals are taking many forces a long time. Our free checker tells you your expiry date, the window BASC recommends applying in, and how long you've got left.

Part exchange and commission

We'll take a sensible gun in part exchange, or sell yours on commission. Book a time to bring it in for an honest valuation — no obligation.

Handle it before you buy it

No photograph tells you how a gun comes up to the shoulder. Book a time, and we'll have it out of the rack and ready — kettle on, no pressure to buy anything.
